Quitting the newsroom may not be the best thing that Mohammed Ali did as he’s now starting to realize that politics is indeed a very dirty – and sometimes violent game.

Now, the former KTN Investigative Reporter has written to the ODM disciplinary committee asking that the conduct of one Said Abdalla should be investigated as he accuses him of roughing him up and physically assaulting him at a rally in Tononoka, Mombasa.

In the letter addressed to the ODM disciplinary committee, Mohammed Ali raises issues with the conduct of the brother to Governor Joho and also provides video evidence of the day things turned nasty at the Coast – right in front of the eyes of NASA Chief Raila Odinga.

Ali’s complaint letter reads in part: “Immediately upon calling Raila Odinga, he stood up and as he was coming to where I was standing, one Said Abdalla alias Saedo proceeded to physically assault me and violently grab the microphone.

The assault begun as verbal and in no time whatsoever he was on the podium where he started physically abusing me.”
